Duties and Responsibilities

  • Look for new sales opportunities by cold-calling businesses.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
  • Communicate with clients to gather details about their yearly events, budgets, and timelines.
  • Qualify incoming leads and inquiries through phone and email.
  • Schedule regular client meetings to maintain excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and present proposals and bids.
  • Create budgets and timelines for both clients and the company.
  • Record and report all sales accomplishments in the Sales Production report.
  • Work with key decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that drive sales.
  • Attend trade shows to represent the company.
  • Plan, recommend, and implement programs to meet sales targets.
  • Handle and respond to inquiries endorsed by the Sales Coordinator or Front Office (via phone, walk-ins, email, or social media).
  • Follow up with clients about the status of their inquiries and make revisions as needed (changes in requirements or budget).
  • Update lead remarks or event status (tentative, confirmed, or canceled) in the Sales Leads Summary.
  • Update the Front Office on event status (tentative, confirmed, or canceled) through email or form.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience (hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
  • Organized and detail-oriented; can handle multiple inquiries.
  • Customer-focused and able to meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to work in Capas, Tarlac
