- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and engineering activities
- Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, and safety standards
- Review and approve maintenance schedules, work orders, and technical reports
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other departments for repairs and projects
- Support energy efficiency and utility monitoring initiatives
- Maintain documentation of equipment history, calibration, and inspections
- Represent the engineering department in meetings and audits when needed
