JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for Demonstration, Installation, Preventive, Corrective Maintenance
and Calibration of Medical equipment and devices.
1.0 Front desk Personnel
1.1 Received the machine/equipment for repair, PMS or Calibration
1.2 Assess problem presented
1.3 Provide copy of Job Order Service Report to customer and Technician assigned
1.4 Released Repaired units to the customer
1.5 Answer phone calls
2.0 Conduct PMS, Repair and Calibration
2.1 Walk-in customers
2.1.1 Evaluate machine/equipment based on problem presented written in the Job
Order Service Report
2.1.2 Report the action to be taken to the Supervisor and Customer
2.1.3 Conduct PMS, Repair or Calibration to the machine/equipment.
2.1.4 Report the status to the Supervisor and Customer
2.1.5 Released the repaired machine/equipment to the customer
2.2 Keito Machine
2.2.1 Schedule Monthly Visit
2.2.2 Conduct PMS, Repair or Calibration to the machine/equipment.
2.2.3 Provide copy of Service Report to the manager
2.2.4 Report to the Supervisor
3.0 Field Work
3.1 Received the Technical Service Request Form approved by the Supervisor
3.2 Schedule the visit
3.3 Conduct Demo, Installation, PMS, Repair or Calibration to the
machine/equipment.
3.4 Provide copy of Service Report to the customer
3.5 Report to the Supervisor
4.0 Provide Technical Report
4.1 Inspect the machine/equipment(s)
4.2 Conduct the following:
4.2.1 Initial Inspection
4.2.2 Action Taken
4.2.3 Evaluation
4.3 Submit the Technical Request to the Supervisor for recommendations
4.4 Return the items to the Warehouse
5.0 Inspection of Incoming and
Outgoing deliveries of Medical
Equipment and Devices
5.1 Incoming
5.1.1 Receive request from Warehouse Receiving
5.1.2 Conduct Unit Inspection in Warehouse Receiving
5.1.3 Provide copy of accomplished Unit Inspection Report to Warehouse and T&S
Supervisor
5.1.4 Provide Technical Report form if any problem encountered
5.2 Outgoing
5.2.1 Receive request from Warehouse Releasing
5.2.2 Conduct Unit Inspection in Warehouse Releasing
5.2.3 Provide copy of accomplished Unit Inspection Report to Warehouse and T&S
Supervisor
5.2.4 Provide Technical Report form if any problem encountered
6.0 Other Duties and Responsibilities
6.1 Submission of Service Reports on assigned Job Task.
6.2 Maintain Job site free from hazards.
6.3 Assure every task assigned are compliant to manufacturers code.
6.4 Coordinate every task and applied action to Supervisor.
6.5 Occassionally
6.5.1 Year-end invetory of T&S parts and supplies
6.5.2 Attend Seminars and meetings
6.5.3 Safety handling of test equipment and its application
