Responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering programs, developing learning materials, and evaluating effectiveness to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and overall performance.

  • Design and Develop Training Programs - Create training materials and instructional aids.
  • Conduct Training Sessions - Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops to educate employees/clients.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness - Assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • No experience required
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions and develop technical training content
  • Willing to do training facilitation
Job Salary
  • Monthly Salary - P17,000.00
