We are seeking Production Staff who will assist with various production activities, including data collection and the implementation of improvements in our production lines. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficiency and quality while actively contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document production data, including output metrics and any abnormal occurrences during production and experiments, to provide insights for analysis, reporting and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to implement process enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of improvements into existing production workflows.
  • Observe and evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, escalate findings to engineering teams for further investigation and further analysis
  • Keep accurate records of production activities, changes made, and their impact on efficiency and quality for compliance and analysis.
  • Work closely with production teams and Engineers to foster effective communication and ensure alignment on improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate of 2 or 4 years on Electro-mechanical and Technological courses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • A critical thinker with the ability to analyze situations and identify solutions
  • Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and assertiveness in completing tasks
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
