Field Collector

Job Descriptions:

1. Perform filed works for collection of members payments based on the identified itinerary schedule and remit the collections within the day with proper documents or within the approved Quality procedures.
2. Monitor the accounts with delayed payment.
3. Follow up negotiable to borrowers with delinquent accounts
4. Arrange collection schedules reasonably to ensure collections efficiency
5. Report any identified problems. during collections .
6. Sends demand letter to members/borrowers
7. Ensures the security of confidential information related to his assigned responsibilities
8. Act as a rotating collector when need arises.
9. Sends General Assembly collection letter to members and coordinates to his immediate superior the possible issues and concerns.
10. Ensuring compliance with the company policies, legal regulations and Code of Ethics while conducting collection activities.
11. Conduct skip tracing to locate the member/borrower who have moved or are difficult to contact, utilizing social media or methods to track them down.

Qualifications:

-College level or college graduate of any four-year course

-Experience in billing and collection of accounts is an advantage

-Knows how to drive a motorcycle and with Valid Professional Driver's License

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-With very good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

-Trustworthy and compliant
