HR Manager (Construction Industry)

Job Summary:

The HR Manager oversees all human resource functions for both office and project-based personnel. This role ensures efficient recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor and safety regulations in alignment with construction project timelines and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, deployment, and manpower planning for project sites.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
• Implement training, safety, and employee development programs.
• Enforce company policies, handle disciplinary actions, and promote employee engagement.
• Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Support organizational planning and HR strategies for project operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and DOLE compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
