Job Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in AR (Accounts Receivable) Insurance for Hospitals and Physicians
  • 2+ years of leadership level experience in hospital revenue cycle, with expertise in billing and collections
  • Experience in Acute and Ambulatory Services – In Patient and Out Patient
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Quezon City

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end AR Insurance processes for hospital and physician billing.
  • Lead billing and collections teams, ensuring performance targets and compliance standards are met.
  • Optimize revenue cycle operations for Inpatient, Outpatient, Acute, and Ambulatory Services.
  • Analyze AR trends, reduce days in AR, and improve cash flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and payers to resolve complex claims and denials.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and implement best practices.
