Responsibilities:

  • Prepares accurate rental sales invoices in a timely manner
  • Processes Request for Adjustment Forms (RAF) through credit memos or re-invoicing promptly
  • Ensures strict implementation of company policies and procedures related to financial transactions
  • Recommends improvements to existing billing and financial processes
  • Coordinates with departments such as Customer Service, Credit & Collection, UIC, FMI, Key Operators, and Branches to resolve billing issues
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in billing, invoicing, or related accounting functions (preferred)
  • Knowledge of financial policies, billing systems, and adjustment processes
