Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank. What you'll do
  • Assist in the development and updating of risk management policies and procedures
  • Support the team in conducting risk assessments to identify potential organizational and operational risks including business continuity, financial risk and 3rd party risks
  • Utilize the company's existing risk framework and tools to identify and analyze risk across the organization
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks
  • Foster a risk-aware culture within the organization through effective communication and training initiatives
  • Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify risk factors
  • Support the Risk Team in creating and presenting risk reports and other risk -related deliverables
What we expect from you
  • BA/BS degree in Risk Management, Finance or Business Administration required
  • With at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in risk management, governance, compliance and/ or resilience experience, preferably with a financial institution with regional operations
  • Working knowledge of MS Office/ Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative with exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
