Job Description: Graphic Artist

Position Summary

The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visual materials that effectively communicate messages, enhance branding, and support marketing and organizational goals. This role involves conceptualizing and producing designs for digital and print media, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

  • Produce creative assets for digital and print platforms (social media graphics, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, layouts, presentations, etc.).
  • Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual elements based on creative briefs.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand identity and maintain visual consistency.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with Brand Management Department
  • Present design drafts and revise based on feedback from supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Branding & Visual Strategy

  • Assist in maintaining and updating company branding materials.
  • Support the development of visual guidelines, templates, and design systems.

Production & Technical Tasks

  • Prepare final artwork files for printing or digital publishing.
  • Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, or visual elements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skill, and design versatility.

Key Skills

  • Excellent eye for color, layout, and typography.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of basic video editing or motion graphics (advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
