
Sales Relation Associate

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product/service information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Assist in identifying customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet those needs.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and update client records in the CRM system.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and client events to strengthen relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or sales support is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
