Job Description

City Sports Club Cebu Inc. located at Cebu Business Park, is seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team and oversee management of building facilities and utilities, ensuring they are available and functioning efficiently at all times. This role includes planning and executing preventive maintenance, monitoring utilities consumption, and implementing security measures and proper housekeeping.

Job Title: Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with an updated PRC ID.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an engineer and in a leadership role.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations and Maintenance

  • Oversee daily club operations, maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, zoning, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on compliance issues.

Vendor and Contract Management

  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality service delivery.

Risk Management and Security

  • Identify and mitigate property management risks.
  • Develop emergency response plans and coordinate security measures.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor the property management team.
  • Promote teamwork and effective communication.
  • Set performance goals and provide feedback.

Performance Metrics:

  • Adherence to budget and cost control.
  • Timeliness and quality of property maintenance and repairs.
  • Compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Team performance and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
