Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Prepare and portion noodle ingredients (noodles, broths, sauces, meats, vegetables, toppings).
  • Clean, cut, and marinate meat or seafood as required.
  • Prepare soup bases or stir-fry sauces according to the standard recipe.
  • Ensure fresh ingredients are available for daily service.
  • Cook various types of noodles (egg noodles, rice noodles, ramen, udon, etc.) to proper texture.
  • Stir-fried noodles
  • Soup noodles
  • Dry noodles
  • Specialty house noodles
  • Follow standardized recipes to maintain consistent taste and quality.
  • Plate dishes neatly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • o formal education required (common for entry-level roles).
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not always necessary.
  • Culinary training or certificate in cooking is an advantage.
  • Experience in cooking noodles or Asian cuisine (1–2 years) is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment.
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
