QUALIFICATIONS:

• A vocational diploma or associate's degree in refrigeration, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems.
• A valid and relevant certification from TESDA is highly encourage (if applicable).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Installation and Repair: Install new refrigeration systems and repair existing ones, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and fix potential issues before they cause system failure. This includes cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and testing electrical components.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems in refrigeration systems using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed service records and reports for all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and local codes. Handle and dispose of refrigerants properly.
