About the role

R-II Builders Inc., a leading construction and real estate development company, is seeking an experienced Integrated Management System Officer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System that combines quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems
  • Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure the integration and alignment of policies, procedures and processes
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on the Integrated Management System requirements
  • Preparing and submitting management reports on the performance of the Integrated Management System
  • Liaising with external certification bodies and regulatory authorities to maintain compliance and certifications
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, standards and regulations related to Integrated Management Systems

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and managing Integrated Management Systems, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Knowledgeable in KPI Monitoring
  • Willing to conduct site audit / visits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues within the Integrated Management System
  • Proficient in using management system software and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
