IT Programmer

• Design, develop, and implement software applications based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct system analysis to identify and recommend solutions for process improvements.
• Maintain, update, and enhance existing applications by identifying, diagnosing, and correcting software defects.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with programming standards.
• Collaborate with end-users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Ensure software systems comply with security, data protection, and confidentiality standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system manuals and user guides.
• Provide training and assistance to users in the proper use of developed systems and applications.
• Keep abreast with emerging technologies, programming methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance systems development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a Programmer, Software Developer. or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Knowledge of web development frameworks, database management systems, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
