We're Hiring: Sales and Marketing Staff (Social Media)

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Staff (Social Media) who can plan, create, and execute campaigns that build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales. You'll be working closely with the team to manage multiple brands, including Mr. Printer, Howay, and 4D Pocket.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive campaigns that increase customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and build positive online community relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media marketing and sales (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong skills in content creation, digital advertising, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Creative, adaptable, and excellent in communication and relationship-building.
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) is a strong advantage.
