Tractorhead Driver

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Operation: Safely and efficiently operate tractor heads and trailers to transport various goods and materials.
• Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle checks using checklists (like BLOWBAGETS) before each trip to ensure road worthiness.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo or materials from vehicles.
• Maintenance & Reporting: Perform routine maintenance on the tractor head and trailer, keeping them clean and reporting any damages or irregularities immediately.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and traffic regulations at all times.
• Cargo Handling: Pick up, deliver, and transfer various types of cargo, including import and export items.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Driver's License: A valid professional driver's license with appropriate restriction codes for heavy vehicles (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 8).
• Experience: Proven experience as a truck driver or operating heavy-duty vehicles.
• Technical Skills: Ability to perform basic maintenance checks and understand mechanical issues.
• Safety Awareness: Strong knowledge of safety procedures and traffic laws.
• Physical Fitness: Willingness to undergo drive tests and be physically capable of performing the duties.
• Other: Some positions may require a high school diploma and familiarity with specific types of cargo or routes.
• Willing to be assigned in Malate, Manila.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
