WE'RE HIRING: Pizza Maker / Pizza Chef – Greenhills Mall (San Juan)

Our restaurant in Greenhills Mall is looking for a talented and reliable Pizza Maker to join our New York-style Pizza Restaurant's kitchen team. If you love crafting great-tasting pizzas and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas from scratch — dough mixing, stretching, topping, and baking
• Ensure every pizza meets our New York–style standards for taste, texture, and presentation
• Follow set recipes and maintain proper portioning for consistency
• Assist with prep work such as sauces, toppings, and dough production
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Help monitor inventory and organize supplies when needed
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, especially during busy hours
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and respectful work environment

Qualifications

• Willing to work full-time on-site at Greenhills Mall, San Juan
• High school graduate or higher
• 2–3 years of experience as a Pizza Maker or Pizza Chef (NY-style experience is a big plus)
• Knowledgeable in kitchen operations, food handling, and equipment use
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fast, adaptable, and proactive in a busy kitchen setting
• Dedicated to producing high-quality pizzas every time
