About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join the team at PAPERLAND, INCORPORATED. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in our industrial facilities located in Balong Bato Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, control panels, and other electrical equipment
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and implement effective solutions
  3. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
  4. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and specifications
  5. Comply with all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  6. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and projects
  7. Maintain detailed records of all electrical work performed

What we're looking for

  1. Formal training or certification in industrial electrical systems, such as an electrician's license or relevant trade qualification
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting
  3. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  5. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Good communication and collaboration skills
