What You'll Do:

- Manage Meta campaigns for 5 eCommerce and 3 Lead Gen clients
- Optimize $15K–$20K monthly spend based on ROAS, CPA, and CTR
- Test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
- Prepare weekly performance reports and join review calls
- Collaborate with Nick on campaign direction and quality checks
- Attend weekly syncs to discuss goals, blockers, and new opportunities
- Support onboarding and follow existing workflows for consistency

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience managing Meta ads (FB/IG) for eCom and Lead Gen
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager: pixel tracking, custom conversions, A/B testing
- Data-driven mindset and strong campaign optimization skills
- Confident communicator who can present insights and implement feedback
- Familiarity with ad creative strategy and performance-driven messaging
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- (Bonus) Experience with Google Ads and cross-platform campaign strategy
