About the Role
At Kariton, we don't just make desserts — we tell stories through flavor. As we bring our modern Filipino gelato brand to the Philippines, we're looking for a dependable and motivated Cook (Leader) to join our commissary team in Las Piñas.
This is a hands-on role in a creative and fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll help execute our recipes with precision and heart, ensuring every batch of gelato reflects the same high standards our brand is known for. Whether it's prepping fresh ube, balancing pandan infusions, or maintaining kitchen discipline, your work will be a crucial part of delivering quality at scale.
You'll work closely with our Head Chef and Commissary Manager — both with fine dining backgrounds — and have the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, learning-driven environment. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in culinary production.
What You'll Do
- Prepare gelato bases, mix-ins, and pastry components following standard recipes
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and prep stations
- Follow food safety procedures and ensure all products meet our quality standards
- Support daily kitchen operations, including restocking, labeling, and storage
- Work with the kitchen team to execute daily production goals
- Participate in limited R&D for new seasonal flavors or creative collaborations
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or pastry setting
- Experience with desserts, baking, or gelato preferred
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
- Dependable, organized, and able to follow detailed recipes
- Team-oriented, respectful, and committed to quality

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: PHP /month
