We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling design solutions across a variety of media, including digital, print, and branding. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring concepts to life and maintain a consistent brand experience.

This role is ideal for a designer with strong conceptual and execution skills, looking to take the next step in their career and work on diverse projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and design solutions for campaigns, product launches, web assets, social media, email, print collateral, presentations, and branding.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging and design execution.
  • Take ownership of design projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across platforms and ensure consistency in visual language.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Prepare and package design files for production, development, or print.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Understanding of digital design best practices including responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for consistency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
