About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team at Best Reliable Resources' in Venice McKinley Grand Canal Mall, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to help our clients achieve their beauty goals. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing personalized product recommendations and application advice to customers
  • Demonstrating makeup application techniques and offering makeover services
  • Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing product display
  • Conducting product demonstrations and participating in in-store events
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, product launches and industry developments
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or Makeup Artist in the retail industry
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide personalized recommendations
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others feel their best
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in makeup application techniques and a keen eye for detail
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to learn and grow
