With over one million nights booked and 300,000+ travelers served, we're building the future of leisure mobility. As we grow our footprint in the APAC region, we're now looking for ambitious talent to help us launch and scale RV Sales in Australia and New Zealand.
THE ROLEAs Vehicle Sales Manager- APAC, based in Manila, you'll be responsible for launching and growing our direct-to-consumer RV sales channel across Australia and New Zealand. From designing sales processes and building local partnerships to closing deals and scaling leads, you'll own every step of the sales funnel.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role reporting to the General Manager – APAC. You'll be the go-to person for all things RV Sales in the region and will play a key role in building a new revenue vertical for Indie Campers.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Develop and launch RV sales operations across Australia and New ZealandBuild and manage the end-to-end sales process: pricing, listings, customer flow, contracts, and deliveryEstablish local partnerships with dealerships, brokers, and service providersDrive inbound and outbound lead generation, including test drives and buyer engagementWork closely with the fleet, operations, and marketing teams to coordinate vehicle availability and campaignsSet and track monthly sales targets and report performance to regional leadershipKPIs

+5 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, mobility, or consumer goodsHands-on experience with direct-to-consumer or B2C sales pipelinesStrong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skillsCommercial mindset and ownership mentality Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local RV market trends is a strong advantage
