RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Product Lead and other key stakeholders to establish and manage a competitive product offering underpinned by data analytics, modelling and research
  • Work with Credit, Pricing, Treasury and Analytics and Distribution stakeholders to design and implement new product and features
  • Understand the causes of attrition and put strategies in place to increase retention
  • Identify customer insights for the purpose of recommending product changes and market opportunities to Sales, Operations and Marketing
  • Spearhead change management (including product operations, operationalising credit policy changes, rate changes and promotional activities)
  • Identify, business case and support the adoption of new technologies that improve the customer (inc. broker) experience of Peppers lending products collateral
  • Collaborate and work with Product Lead and senior stakeholders to build and implement product solutions in line with business strategy
  • Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activity (with a focus on credit policy and product features) and recommend new product development opportunities by preparing business cases based on market research and market intelligence
  • Support the development of an annual product road map and identify associated technologies and resources required to deliver best in class product services and benefits
  • Liaise with product and technology partners to deliver value add services to our products
  • Contribute to Mortgage Portfolio management to support acquisition, profitability, cost-out, risk performance and retention
  • Ensure lending products are compliant with all applicable legislation and regulations
  • Keep abreast of regulation changes and the impact on our products

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • With at least five (5) years experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to product development and project/change management
  • Experience in Australian Shared Services environment, an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
