About the role

Gothong Southern Careers' is seeking an experienced and driven CONVENIENCE STORE SUPERVISOR to join our team in Gothong Southern Properties located at Lahug Cebu City Cebu. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail convenience store, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency across all aspects of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of store associates to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  3. Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking to maintain optimum product availability
  4. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  5. Provide training and development opportunities for store associates
  6. Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
  7. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategic initiatives and drive business growth

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the retail or convenience store industry
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management and data analysis
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  6. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
