Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trimble Estimator located in Pasig. The Trimble Estimator will be responsible for leveraging Trimble software to create detailed estimates, generating takeoffs, reviewing project plans, and identifying material, labor, and cost requirements. Daily tasks also include collaborating with internal teams to refine project specifications and ensuring the accuracy of all estimates and proposals prepared.

Qualifications

• 3+ years
  of experience in
  project estimation and proposal preparation
• Hands-on experience with Trimble AutoBID
  (critical must-have)
• Strong
  Take Off skills
  : estimating materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• Ability to
  read architectural and structural plans
  , interpret specifications, and make sound judgments
• HVAC and/or Plumbing estimation experience
• Strong
  project documentation and monitoring
  skills
• Experience working with
  internal and external project partners
• High
  attention to detail
  and accuracy
• A
  degree in Mechanical Engineering
