About the role
Corporate Visions Inc. is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Liloan Cebu. As a CSR, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and effective assistance
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns through clear communication and problem-solving
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our customer database
- Adhering to established customer service protocols and procedures
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required
