About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Van Salesman to join our team at Templar Manpower and General Services Corporation in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a full-time Van Salesman, you will be responsible for delivering and selling our range of high-quality consumer products directly to our customers in the local area.

What you'll be doing

  1. Driving our company van to visit and serve customers in the local area
  2. Presenting our products and services to customers in a persuasive and informative manner
  3. Processing sales orders and collecting payments from customers
  4. Maintaining accurate sales records and providing feedback on customer needs
  5. Ensuring the van is well-stocked, clean, and well-maintained
  6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills to manage a busy schedule
  4. A clean driving licence and experience driving a commercial vehicle
  5. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
