Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant with at least 8+ years of project implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, strong business process knowledge, and proven success in delivering end-to-end SAP implementations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, and supporting project delivery to ensure optimal financial processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document financial and controlling requirements.
  • Configure SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA).
  • Integrate FICO processes with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.).
  • Provide expertise in financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and controlling activities.
  • Perform system testing, defect resolution, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct workshops for end users.
  • Support change management and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with financial standards and practices.

QualificationsExperience & Skills

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO project implementation experience.
  • Strong functional expertise in both FI and CO modules with deep understanding of financial and controlling business processes.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations (blueprint, realization, testing, go-live, and support).
  • Solid integration knowledge with other SAP modules.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and controlling practices.
  • Experience in S/4HANA Finance (Not required).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

Salary: Still open to discuss further depending on the years of experience and career level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php200, Php250,000.00 per month
