We are looking for 21 Collections Practitioners to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a solid background in Financial Account / Collections (preferably B2B) within the BPO or Shared Services environment.

What's in it for you?

  • Basic Salary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 36,000 (will depend on your experience)
  • Monthly Fixed Allowances: PHP 2,125
  • Night Differential: 10%
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night Shift
  • Work Setup: Full-time, On-site (5x RTO per week) | FIXED WEEKENDS OFF
  • Location: UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City
  • Start Date: October

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder (any course)
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Collections, preferably B2B, in a BPO or Shared Services setting
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Amenable to work full-time, onsite at UP Ayala Technohub
  • Willing to work night shift, Monday to Friday
