Stages Design and Construction is seeking an organized and reliable Office Staff to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and record-keeping.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with other departments and suppliers.
• Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to supervisors and other departments.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
• Ensure smooth office operations and uphold company standards.

Qualifications:

• At least a senior high school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proficient in Computer and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); must know how to work a printer.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
