We are looking for a results-driven Accounting Manager to lead and oversee our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. You will manage a skilled accounting team, deliver accurate financial reports, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and company growth. The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience, strong technical expertise, and a proactive approach to strengthening financial frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger functions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax laws, and company policies; maintain audit readiness.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the accounting team, fostering professional growth and team performance.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
  • Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends; provide insights for decision-making.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Projects: Manage special projects, ad-hoc reports, and other finance-related initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred).
  • Experience: 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Systems: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Ability: Skilled in financial analysis, problem-solving, and planning.
  • ERP & Audits: Familiarity with ERP systems and regulatory reporting is an advantage.
