The Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities for the machine shop by targeting companies with factories and industrial operations. This role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide customized fabrication, machining, repair, and rehabilitation solutions that meet customer requirements.

The Sales Engineer will act as the key link between customers and the production team, ensuring technical requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with factories and industrial companies.
  • Promote machine shop capabilities including:
  • Fabrication of industrial equipment
  • Gears and sprockets
  • Coconut oil mill parts
  • Machineries and spare parts
  • Rehabilitation and repair services
  • General fabrication works
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.

Technical Support & Coordination

  • Understand customer drawings, specifications, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and machining teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
  • Provide technical explanations of products, materials, processes, and timelines to customers.
  • Support project execution by ensuring customer expectations are clearly communicated internally.
