JOB OVERVIEW:
Managing and supporting the use of barcoding systems and monitor product inventory throughout the supply chain. Ensures the accuracy and efficiency in tracking goods to streamline operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Barcode Assignment and Printing
Create and print barcode labels for Kyowa, Rossetti, Seagul, and Zebra products.
- Attach barcode stickers to receipts.
Print summaries and Consignor Summary Sheets (CSS).
Data Entry and Accuracy
Encode and update new product information, prices, and descriptions in the database.
- Stockroom Organization
Maintain an organized and tidy stockroom.
Ensure accurate labeling and signage of ICC and stock stickers.
- Inventory Management
Encode, check, and analyze inventory status.
Monitor how long each item remains in storage before being sold or utilized.
- Collaboration
Coordinate with Order Management, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions and operations.
- Order Processing Support
Assist in waving and printing pick tickets in the absence of the Order Associate.
Scheduling the delivery of outright.
Performs (ad hoc and jointly agreed) other duties as assigned by the immediate superior/management.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting Graduate or any related course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in documentation, order management, e-commerce operations, or logistics
- Experience in handling returns, inventory adjustments, and coordination with multiple departments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
