KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Checking of items/goods according to given documents/daily trip from staging area before loading to a delivery van.
  • Notifying delivered items from customer to coordinator/dispatcher via text message.
  • Loading and unloading company products from the warehouse to customer.
  • Ensure proper handling and delivery of packages, avoiding damage and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Reporting all delivery-related problems to immediate superior.
  • Communicating with clients and customers to inform with the delivery and gate pass when needed.
  • Obtaining clients and customers signatures as an acknowledgement of having received the delivery products.
  • Collect & check payment from customer & remitting collected payment to logistics coordinator.
  • Submitting daily trip completed & re-scheduled delivery transactions to dispatcher every day after the delivery trip.
  • Informing & updating Logistics coordinator/dispatchers of delivery status & deliveries that could not be fulfilled.
  • Checking of pull-out, pick-up items from customer & supplier for any physical damage before receiving the items.
  • Help the driver navigate to various locations using navigation app or if familiar with the location, proving directions and assistance with routes. Assist the Driver when vehicle has an issue.
  • Communicate effectively with the driver, dispatch, and customers, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • In-charge in loading and unloading goods and materials from the vehicle, ensuring items are properly secured and organized for transport.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Vocational Graduate/College level/High School graduate
  • With experience in Delivery is an advantage
  • Familiar in Computer parts/peripherals is an advantage
  • Basic Math abilities, familiar with issuing Official Receipt and Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoice/Billing, etc.
  • Has a value to respect & talk to customer politely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,823.75 per month
