Card Custodian

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures availability and establishes optimum levels of all game supplies (cards, SEcards, thermal, collaterals, etc.); supervises proper usage; and keeping them at an optimum level at all times, to maximize day-to-day revenues.
• Coordinates with Central Office on inventory levels and ensures that supplies are ordered in advance.
• Responsible for weekly planning of "specific" cards to be sold, especially during special events or "linked" games.
• Ensures accuracy of all records and documents; accuracy and timeliness of all reports; and keeping them updated and organized at all times.
• Supervises proper usage of all supplies and materials; ensures control measures andstandards are implemented; and recommends appropriate corrective actions, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree holder
• At least 2 years experience in clerical position (particularly inventory and government compliance (controls PagCor Compliance and bingo card disbursements)
• Willing to work on mall hours or graveyard shifts
• Willing to take rest days that do not fall on weekends
