Content Ghostwriter & Scriptwriter (Social Media + YouTube)

About the Role:

I'm looking for a ghostwriter who can research, ideate, and write engaging scripts for both long-form YouTube videos and short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). You'll work closely with me to transform ideas into well-structured, research-backed, and attention-grabbing content that matches my style and voice.

Responsibilities:

• Research trending topics, tools, and insights in AI, automation, and business.
• Generate fresh content ideas tailored for YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging long-form video scripts (5–10 mins).
• Adapt long scripts into short-form hooks and scripts (30–60s).
• Ghostwrite in my voice and tone, making the content feel personal and authentic.
• Provide references, data, or examples to strengthen the content.

Requirements:

• Strong writing background (journalism, copywriting, or ghostwriting).
• Experience writing video scripts or social-first content.
• Ability to do deep-dive research quickly and summarize findings clearly.
• Understanding of social media storytelling formats (hooks, pacing, retention).
• Fluent in English with excellent grammar and storytelling skills.
• (Bonus) Knowledge of AI, automation, or tech topics.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php20, Php58,740.00 per month
