Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to support our finance operations on our e-commerce platform. This role is responsible for managing invoicing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and send invoices to customers for purchases made via the

e-commerce platform

  • Receive and process customer payments through various channels (credit

card, bank transfer, digital wallets, etc.

  • Monitor and follow up on overdue payments; manage the collections

process to ensure timely receipt of funds

  • Match incoming payments with corresponding invoices and resolve any

discrepancies or payment issues

  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on accounts receivable, including

aging reports and other financial data

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

and resolve customer payment concerns Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., quickbooks, Xero, SAP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online payment systems
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial
