Multimedia Artist

Job Overview:

As a Multimedia Artist specializing in video and photo productions, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that captivates audiences and enhances our brand narrative. You will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce video and photography projects from inception to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development:

  • Collaborate with different departments and team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video and photo projects.
  • Brainstorm ideas and participate in creative sessions to elevate project concepts.

Production:

  • Plan, organize, and execute video shoots and photography sessions, including set design.
  • Operate and maintain professional video and photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.

Editing and Post-Production:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Enhance photos and create visually stunning compositions using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Apply motion graphics, special effects, and sound design as needed to elevate video projects.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and social media team to align video/photo campaigns with overall brand strategy.

Keeping Up-To-Date:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Photography, Film, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience as a multimedia artist, videographer, or photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, color theory, and sound design.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual mediums.

Work Schedule:

  • On-site, Monday to Saturday
