About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join the dynamic team at TND MARKETING'. In this full-time role based in Calamba City Laguna, you will play a crucial part in supporting the finance and accounting functions of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, accounts receivable and payable, and other financial documentation

  • Provide support in the month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information

  • Perform administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, but Fresh grads are welcome

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proactive and organized
