Station Representative

Join Sunlight Air as a Siquijor Station Representative, where you will represent the company in all aspects for the operations in the station. If you have strong background in the ground operation, we would love to have you onboard

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the station's manpower, funds and equipment; ensure that it supports on time and safe operations.
• Ensure compliance of both organic and contracted personnel to corporate policies, regulations, quality, security, safety, and customer service standards.
• Manage the over-all performance of his/her station: ensuring proper manning, adequate equipment support and availability of operational funds (revolving and contingency): this includes monitoring of daily operations and recommending solutions to immediate concerns and performance evaluation of staff under his/her supervision.
• Manage and monitor the training requirement of each member of personnel: ensure that training of all staff, both organic and third party are current, coordinating with the appropriate training units to ensure currency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder (Hospitality, Aviation Management, or a related field preferred)
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the airline industry, preferably in ground operations.
• Load Control knowledge is an advantage.
