About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at TGP Mabalacat' in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operation of our pharmacy.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Processing prescriptions and accurately handling medication orders
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the pharmacy is well-organised and clean
• Providing information to customers about their medications and over-the-counter products
• Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflows and high standards of care

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication terminology
• Proficient in data entry and comfortable using computer systems
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively
