Immediate Hiring: Technical Support Representatives (TSR) – Bridgetowne, Pasig

We are urgently hiring Technical Support Representatives (TSR) for our Bridgetowne, Pasig site. This is a full-time, on-site position with a shifting schedule and a monthly salary of up to PHP 26,000.

The TSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing technical or telco-related support via voice calls. Strong communication skills and effective troubleshooting abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in a TSR International Voice or Telco voice account
  • A minimum of 18 months of customer-facing experience (either in BPO or non-BPO roles such as retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Must be amenable to work on-site in Pasig
