Job Description:
1. Responsible for the setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of the following equipment in the PTC Lab:
a. Automated Test Equipment (ATE): Teradyne J750 (STD/HD), ETS300/88, DiamondX/D10, Maverick, Magnum, SPEA DOT800
b. Temperature Forcing Systems: Thermojet
2. Oversee the maintenance and monitoring of the lab compressors' condition.
3. Serve as the liaison with the Information Systems (IS) department to resolve IT-related issues in the lab.
4. Handle the shipment of tools and boards including the preparation of shipping documents and packing of items.
5. Manage the hardware and tooling inventory in the lab and implement the 5S methodology.
6. Foster a positive workplace environment by exemplifying Microchip's Guiding Values.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience with Automated Test Equipment.
•Graduate of any Associate / Vocational / Technology-related course
• Experience and knowledge in D1X/D10, Magnum, J750 ATEs a plus but not a must.
• Basic knowledge in programming languages such as C or C++.
• Must speak and write English fluently.
