Role Description

We are looking for a
Graphic Artist
for a
project-based role (3 months, renewable, with potential for full-time absorption)
. This is a
hybrid position
based in Parañaque, offering flexibility to work both in-office and from home.

The Graphic Artist will be responsible for producing creative visual content, including
graphics, logos, and image editing
. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver designs that align with project requirements and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Develop creative visual concepts, designs, and layouts
  • Create graphics, logos, and other brand assets
  • Perform image editing and ensure high-quality outputs
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all materials
  • Meet project deadlines while managing multiple design tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in
    Graphics, Graphic Arts, and Graphic Design
  • Proven experience in Image Editing
    and
    Logo Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
    or equivalent design software
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
    (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in
    real estate marketing or related industries
    is a plus
