  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Execution
  • Assist in developing and executing innovative brand strategies.
  • Support the Brand Manager in implementing marketing plans to drive brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research to uncover consumer trends and insights.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative agencies.
  • Budget & Vendor Management
  • Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare reports on brand performance, sales trends, and ROI.
  • Use data to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php58, Php60,000.00 per month
