Job Summary:The Programmer is responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and improving software applications used by the company. This includes creating system automation, improving data management, and supporting various departments through technology solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and debug programs based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal systems (e.g., HR, production, logistics, accounting, and operations).
- Create scripts and macros to automate repetitive tasks in company systems or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with departments to identify process improvements and develop digital solutions.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide technical support for system-related issues and assist users in troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper documentation of programs, processes, and updates.
- Conduct system testing and validation before deployment.
- Coordinate with IT team members on network, hardware, and security matters related to software deployment.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and data at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in software or system development (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge in SQL / database management (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script, VBA, or automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
